I write fiction and nonfiction. While writing is my passion and calling, my professional experience is extensive. Since undergraduate, I have worked in conservation, mining, data, continuous improvement, and people and culture. This diverse and expansive background allows me to bring a unique perspective to my work and my writing.
In my nonfiction writings, I strive to inform and to challenge others to think critically about complex topics. Whereas my fiction writing is about connecting readers with what makes us uniquely human and to delve into and experience the whole spectrum of emotions and the impact on our psychology and our actions.
